Jakarta – Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia kembali melakukan rotasi dan mutasi jabatan terhadap Perwira Tinggi (Pati) dan Perwira Menengah (Pamen) pada Februari 2026. Mutasi tersebut tertuang dalam satu Surat Telegram (ST) Kapolri dengan nomor *ST/440/II/KEP./2026* tertanggal 27 Februari 2026.

Kepala Divisi Humas Polri, Johnny Eddizon Isir, menyampaikan bahwa mutasi ini merupakan bagian dari dinamika organisasi sekaligus upaya penyegaran dan penguatan kelembagaan.

“Mutasi dan rotasi jabatan di lingkungan Polri adalah hal yang wajar sebagai bagian dari pembinaan karier, penyegaran organisasi, serta untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan profesionalisme anggota dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat,” ujar Irjen Pol Johnny Eddizon Isir.

Dalam ST tersebut, tercatat sebanyak 54 personel yang dimutasi, dengan rincian 3 personel dalam kategori evaluasi/demosi, 44 personel promosi maupun pergeseran setara (flat), serta 7 personel memasuki masa pensiun.

Untuk kategori evaluasi/demosi, terdapat tiga pejabat yang mengalami pergeseran jabatan. KBP Edy Setyanto Erning Wibowo, S.I.K., M.H., yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Kapolresta Sleman Polda DIY, dimutasikan ke Divkum Polri. Jabatan Kapolresta Sleman selanjutnya diemban oleh KBP Adhitya Panji Anom, S.I.K., M.HP., yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Akreditor Propam Kepolisian Madya TK. III Divpropam Polri.

Kemudian AKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro, S.I.K., M.Si., yang sebelumnya menjabat Kapolres Bima Kota Polda NTB, dimutasikan sebagai Pamen Yanma Polri. Posisi Kapolres Bima Kota kini diisi oleh AKBP Mubiarto Banu Kristanto, S.I.K., M.M., yang sebelumnya menjabat Kasat PJR Ditlantas Polda NTB.

Selanjutnya, AKBP Natalena Eko Cahyono, S.Kom., M.Si., yang sebelumnya menjabat Kapolres Bungo Polda Jambi, dimutasikan menjadi Pamen Polda Jambi. Jabatan Kapolres Bungo kini dipercayakan kepada AKBP Zamri Elfino, S.I.K., yang sebelumnya menjabat Kasubdit 3 Ditreskrimsus Polda Jambi.

Sementara itu, dalam kategori promosi dan pergeseran setara (flat), sebanyak 44 personel mendapatkan jabatan baru. Pada level Pejabat Utama (PJU) Mabes Polri, dua personel mendapat kepercayaan sebagai Kakortastipidkor Polri, yakni BJP Totok Suharyanto, S.I.K., M.Hum., serta Kapuslitbang Polri, BJP Ruddi Setiawan, S.I.K., S.H., M.H.

Di tingkat kewilayahan, terdapat satu pejabat yang dipercaya sebagai Wakapolda Kalimantan Utara, yaitu BJP Yusuf, S.I.K., M.Hum. Selain itu, dua jabatan Kapolresta/Tabes juga mengalami pergantian, yakni Kapolrestabes Semarang Polda Jawa Tengah yang kini dijabat KBP Heri Wahyudi, S.I.K., M.M., serta Kapolresta Sleman Polda DIY yang dijabat KBP Adhitya Panji Anom, S.I.K., M.HP.

Mutasi juga mencakup promosi dan pergeseran jabatan pada tingkat Irjen Pol (IB) sebanyak tujuh personel, Brigjen Pol (IIA) sebanyak 19 personel (promosi dan flat), Kombes Pol (IIB1 dan IIB2) sebanyak 11 personel, serta dua personel pada jabatan Kapolres IIIA2/AKBP.

Selain itu, tujuh personel tercatat memasuki masa purna tugas atau pensiun.
